Description
Seeking Director level FM interim consultant to on-board the provisioning of soft FM services from Local Authority's education department into this FM providers remit.
The service will transition some 3000 staff consisting of cleaning and catering services across the Local Authority's extensive portfolio of schools. This person will be required to interpret & communicate the requirements of the schools, liaising directly with the schools governors, head teachers and other stakeholders both externally and internally, as required.
They need to be commercially astute having had similar experiences in their careers, with the skill set to produce business cases and proposals etc. as required and able to operate in a challenging education environment.
Looking for suitable resources at earliest, for an engagement likely to run over next 6-9 months and based in the Midlands.
