CRM Sales Business Analyst
Overview:
We require a CRM Business Analyst to work within an IT shared service organisation to implement Stay in Front Touch Projects for a large US multinational company. This role is to support a project team within CRM Sales area, with specific need for experience in Stay in Front, however experience of other CRM applications in an environment will be considered. Additional experience in SAP SD Module and specifically Pricing would be an advantage.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Supporting the existing Retail Execution Project Team during the implementation of Stay in Front Touch to multiple European Countries on time and with minimal business disruption by:
- Applying conceptual knowledge and technology to solve complex business requirements
- Assist existing team to design, configure, and test SIF applications
- Assist Business Users to test and document issues
- Take ownership of issues assigned from testing and bring to resolution
- Work remotely with members of Business and IT project Team
- Provide post go-live support to key users
- Transfer your knowledge where incremental to the existing team
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business/Finance or Engineering and appropriate SAP qualifications required.
Business & Technical Experience & Skills
- Ideally experience in implementing Stay In Front Touch application for iPad for Sales Field Force
- Experience of Main functions of Shelf Audit, Surveys, Analytics and Orders
- Experience of other CRM Tools with relevant business process experience would be considered.
- Cross functional experience in following areas an advantage;
- SAP ERP Order Management
- SAP ERP Pricing and Rebates
- SAP ABAP Programming Experience
- Strong business process knowledge/experience in Field Force /Retail Execution preferably within FMCG industry
- Ability to work remotely with key users across Europe
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent Numeric, Diagnostic and Analysis Skills.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and should come from a strong analytical background. He or she must possess the ability to work within a team environment and have a strong customer focus.
