Description
As a UK & Ireland manager, further responsibilities will include:Tasks
- Directly responsible for ensuring that the patient programme has a fully developed strategic and operational plan and that the 3rd party supplier is professionally managed and resourced.
- Commercial responsibility for homecare and supply chain.
- Manages external vendor relationships (Hospital Pharmacy and our 3rd party logistics providers) and addresses any customer issues directly, in collaboration with KAM team
- Management and co-ordination of UK&I operational dashboard, ensuring detailed tracking of UK&I operational plans
- Further develop and improve commercial effectiveness business processes to facilitate better understanding of SFE in the UK&I and share this with EU operations
- Oversee development and refinement of Gemini CRM database
- Coordinate and work with other commercial effectiveness leads
Qualifications/Experience
- Marketing & Sales experience
- Strong background in Life-Science / Health care industry
- Previous experience in managing adherence programmes/patient programmes or post-prescription programmes.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management
- Strong project manager
- Strong operations and delivery background
- Exceptional IT skills (Excel and PPT) and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness tools
- Working knowledge of relevant compliance codes e.g. ABPI, Data Protection and Information Governance.
- Experienced in dealing with 3rd party suppliers and contractors
- Experienced in speaking and liaising with nurses
