My market leading client is seeking 2 x IT Operations Service Delivery Managers to manager a very successful team of 15 people. These roles are situated in Oxfordshire area but will occasionally involve travel.

You will plan and manage all IT Services across the business covering operational systems and the underpinning on Infrastructure used to deliver these services. Your role will be to design and agree an overall service delivery strategy for critical business systems working along side the Head Of IT.

Service delivery will cover service design, resilience, back-up, disaster recovery, and basic system and data maintenance.

The ideal candidates will have a skill set to include as many of the following: Experience in IT Operations, Excellent negotiation skills, "Hands on" and comfortable working in the detail of technology and service delivery, ITIL Certified, Service Delivery, Strategy and design, Infrastructure, Governance, Incident, Problem, Change Management, Managing 3rd party suppliers, Man management of a team of engineers and developers supporting an internal website, Applications background, and Supplier management.

These positions are paying up to £56,000 and come with an excellent benefits package that includes Pension and Healthcare.
