A market leader in broadcasting is currently seeking a Personalisation and Insight Manager to join the marketing team of one of the best known brands in the UK.

You will have a passion for digital marketing, ad technology and big data solutions. You will have deep expertise in data-driven optimisation and knowledge in the following areas:

Marketing Segmentation, Audience Buying, Targeting, Data Management Platforms (DMP), RTB, Exchanges, Demand Side Platforms (DSP), Brand Products, Performance Products, 3rd Party Data, Analytics, Ad serving

You will be an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills as well as the ability to influence and persuade your stakeholder community. We're a collaborative company so you'll need to be a good team player a demonstrate evidence of completing projects via large teams on time and to specification.
The Personalisation and Insight Manager will be responsible for:
  • Improving the data sources we use across the OSM team, both on-site and off-site
  • Develop our reporting/insight issues across both new and existing sales reporting, providing both a framework and actual regular insight/analysis for the whole team
  • Manage our DMP on an ongoing basis;
  • Responsible for overall planning of on-site personalisation, including clash management of experiences and implementation via test and target
  • Manage tagging requirements for both marketing and ecommerce teams
  • The candidate will be expected to forge strong relationships with the individual channel owners driving traffic to the site.
  • The candidate must be an advocate of segmentation, testing and optimisation and be able to demonstrate sound understanding of these principles.
  • Participate in and contribute to the rolling optimisation programme.
  • Build strong relationships with the all relevant digital sales teams; digital marketing, ecommerce, web operations and software engineering team
  • Manage and develop a growing team of online specialists
