Description
The chosen Engineer will be using LabVIEW/TestStand to fully automate testing, writing scripts to remove manual intervention, ensuring repeatability with improved efficiency and "time to market".You will need to demonstrate the ability to translate technical specifications and standards into concise, readable and structured test specifications.
Any knowledge of the following "Agile" practises would be useful:
- Test Driven Development
- Code Refactoring
- Pair Programming and Peer review
- Continuous Integration
- Test Automation
- Product Backlogs, Release Planning User stories
Desirable:
- Oscilloscopes
- Logic analysers to debug and test software
- Smart Metering experience
- GPRS and/ or Zigbee (testing prospective)
