Job Description:
- Working in the Technology Risk Organization, will support Project Managers in all aspects of project delivery.
- Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules and updates.
- Manage project meetings, capture and track agreements, issues and risks and ensure they are assigned and actively worked but the project teams.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
- Meeting Management
- Document issues, risks, change requests
- Gather status reports and update project schedules
- Track and report on project financials
Requirements (Must Have):
- Bachelors' degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the field or in a related area
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Project Management
- Confident, organized self-starter, with strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of Project Management and PMI best practices
- Microsoft Project and Project Server proficient
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) proficient
- SharePoint
Desired Skills:
- PMP
- SharePoint
- Cyber Security, Identify Access Management, or Regulatory experience
Driving to other facilities is unlikely but possible
