I am seeking a Project manager for my clients messaging and collaboration team. The team are currently developing innovative communication solutions.

The team is looking for a project manager to contribute to the development of its Social
Collaboration Platform and to lead the targeted deployment of Real Time collaboration

Business Experience Required

5 Years experience plus as a Project Manager in a large scale infrastructure

The candidate will have to fit a specific profile described below:

-Project leading experience, preferably based on Prince 2 or PMI methodology

-Experience with Social and collaboration projects (Groupware, UC², Social Networking tools)

-Extensive Knowledge of IT infrastructure (Unified Communications, Operating Systems, networking, IT security)

-Budgets, portfolio management, planning and reporting to senior management.

The following experience is considered as a plus:

-Sound experience of implementing IBM Sametime, IBM connections and Microsoft Sharepoint

-Banking and Finance industry

-Successful roll out and adoption of Collaboration tools, Social Network and Unified Collaboration and communication

-Experience managing 3rd party fixed price contracts for the delivery of work packages.

-In charge/responsible of the delivery of multiple tracks of Social Business
Collaboration.

-Leading deployment of Real Time collaboration for targeted businesses

-Manage 3rd party integrators and vendors for the delivery of work packages

-Establish project schedules and identify key risks/mitigation plans and
manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and
proper escalation.

-Prepare and present clear, concise project updates and critical phase exit
deliverables to steering forums.

-Lead and document core team meetings and required single subject working
sessions.

-Lead the team to deliver the projects/product to market on time, at the desired
quality level and the according/defined project timelines.

-Analyze, track performance and progress against goals.

-Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the program and the individual
projects in close collaboration with the project managers.
