Description
Role: SAP Solution Manager
Location: Ijmuiden, Netherlands
Duration: 6 months +
Skill Required:
- CHaRM - Change request management, change control, Release management etc.
- Functional customizing true via SOLMAN_SETUP and SPRO
- Application Incident manager including customizing of the service desk
- Implementing Solutions and support offering during the implementation of the SAP project. (Solar01 en 02, Business process Repository activities, Roadmap customizing, set the project to Solution
- Create functional design of several change processes and incident processes
- Design test cases and test scenarios
- Develop and give Workshops for the introduction and installation of a Key-User organization.
- Develop and give incident manager and CHaRM Trainings
