Brief Posting Description- Field supervisor for completion and workover activities
- Coordinate all third party contractors, suppliers, and in-house services to insure safe, efficient and cost effective completion operations
Detailed Description
- Supervise and assist with all aspects of the completion and remedial operations including, but not limited to scheduling and supervising contractors during the cement bond log, perforating, hydraulic fracturing, acidizing, cement squeezing, fishing, tubing/rod installations and injection conversions.
- Prepare daily completion reports on a computer documenting all operations and expenditures
- Responsible for all aspects of safety compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform as a principal representative in the field for completion operations, working closely with various contractors, vendors, in-house personnel, and governmental agencies, ensuring that all operations progress in a safe and efficient manner
Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of two years supervisory workover experience
- Previous frac experience is a plus
- Must have the ability and willingness to spend long hours in the field during critical activities
- Proven record of working independently, under little direct supervision
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Demonstrate a strong desire to apply innovative ideas in the field
- Must lead with safety as the top priority
