Our client, based in Poland, is currently working to develop SDK for nRF51 series chip - Multiprotocol Bluetooth 4.0 low energy 2.4 GHz RF SoC. It is ARM Cortex-M0 based transceiver with very low power consumption.

The Team is focused on embedded software development for ARM Cortex-M series microcontrollers, mostly related to Bluetooth Low Power protocol. Development process from defining requirements and architecture through implementation and tests to release is conducted using SCRUM methodology.

Firmware/Software Engineer

The idea candidate would be a Software Engineer who wants to contribute to the client's expanding and world-leading R&D team. Working with embedded development projects and PC based SW development tools, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of embedded software development for products that ship in multimillion volumes. You will also help in keeping documentation up to date, maintaining automated tests and solving problems reported by customers.

Qualifications:

- M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar, or B.Sc. with relevant experience.
- Embedded C programming expertise.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience with ARM microcontrollers, real-time systems and wireless protocols.
- Good knowledge of test systems based on continuous integration.
- Python experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:

- Low level drivers development and tests.
- Software examples preparation for various toolchains (KEIL, IAR, GCC).
- Wireless protocols implementation.
- Solving problems found in previous releases.
- Documenting software using doxygen tags.
