eAcademy Administrator - Bracknell - £13 per hour - 12 month contract

Our client is seeking an eAcademy Administrator to be based in Bracknell on an initial 12 month contract.

Job Description:
*Training of local subsidiary administrators on systems.
*Creating and managing user accounts on the LMS.
*Publishing training material (content) to the LMS and maintaining it to ensure it is current.
*Assigning training to users on the LMS - this may include combinations of single and multiple modules, and individual or multiple users.
*Customer service - technical troubleshooting for users.
*Publishing and amending training material in English and other European languages (French, German, Italian, etc).
*Supporting European countries in translating and publishing local versions of training material.
*Training program office support.

Essential Skills:
*Good level of MS PowerPoint
*Experienced user of MS Excel
*Proven evidence of ability to pick up new systems quickly
*Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to a non-technical audience.
*Interpersonal skills - ability to work with people of different cultures and who use English as a second language
*Good attention to detail
*Must be able to travel and willing to go that extra mile

Desirable Skills:
*Experience with E-learning and online learning management systems strongly preferred.
*Experience of "Articulate Presenter" and "Articulate Storyline" software.
*Customer service experience.
*Basic Level HTML/JavaScript/CSS desired - able to recognise and willing to learn.
