Your tasks:
- Taking active role on project delivery and success
- Collaborating with IT members and business process owners
- Developing SAP HR business-specific organizational solutions
- Dealing with organizational problems, focusing in particular on process organization and single tasks
- Reviewing the requirements of the business
- Collaborating with the internal clients and understanding the requirements
- Analyzing the business requirements
Your qualifications
- Project related experience as a business analyst
- Strong knowledge within SAP HR especially talent management, talent development and compensation
- Experience with business analysis as well as project management
- Strong analytical skills, ability to learn new processes and new concepts, to link business processes with technical capabilities, to define system requirements
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Project experience within Scrum methodologies
- Fluency in English
