Description
This position will involve developing the next generation of Server based APIs used by customer applications. This position will allow you to flex your software design and scalability talents- Full-stack development from low-level C code, to high-level JavaScript applications
- Work closely with design and production teams to realize application functionality
- Develop and implement stress testing plans
Required
B.S. degree in Computer Science preferred
Expert knowledge of C
Proficient knowledge of OO languages (C++, C#, Java)
Must have good written and verbal skills and be able to work in a team environment
Self-motivation to manage priorities with attention to detail
Thorough understanding of concurrency issues, multi-threaded threads design and coding
Experience with at least one scripting language like Perl, Python, PHP
Desired
Web API development experience, JSON, XML, RESTful, Hypermedia APIs
Web Application development experience
Experienced in cross-platform development
Hands on experience with build tools and automation
Well versed in and fondness of Scrum/Agile based development
