Description
A leading manufacturing company have a requirement for a SAP PP and Control Specialist. This is approximately a 6 month contract based in Scotland.Duties will include leading systems and process innovation for manufacturing and being able to contribute to best practice design. The chosen candidate will be able to provide pre-implementation and implementation guidance, training and support for SAP deployments globally.
The candidate will need to work collaboratively with IT and business management to ensure successful deployment. Additionally they will need to coordinate with the SAP Technical Development team to customize SAP as required and coordinate Unit Testing, System Testing and Regression testing with end users.
KEY SKILLS
-SAP PP expertise
-SAP VC experience (Variant Configuration)
-SAP PP/MM - sub-modules (CRP, Variant Configurator, Production Planning, Availability Checking, Materials Requirement Planning, and Consumption Based Planning)
-Multiple full end to end life cycle implementation experience
-Manufacturing industry experience
-Multi-task and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
Location: Scotland
Duration: 6 months initially with scope to extend
Rate: £400+ per day
