Role: Electronics Engineer
Location: Guildford
Rate: £35 per hour
Duration: 6 month contract
I am recruiting for a Electronics Engineer role on behalf of the engineering manager of laboratory equipment and machinery.
Job Role:
As an electronics engineer you will be a key member of the hardware team, enhancing new and existing products. This will include designing developing and testing these products.
You will be defining and reviewing design documents alongside identifying realistic development schedules.
The calibre of candidate they are seeking is a true specialist - someone who has the below background:
- Analogue electronics design: Op-amp and transistor, D/A and A/D
- Digital electronics design: Microcontrollers (PIC 32bit, ARM)
- Bus standards: PCI, PCI Express, I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485
- High-voltage switch-mode converters: DC-DC, DC-AC
- EMC compliance
- Schematic Capture and PCB layout design, using Kicad or Cadence suite (Orcad Capture/Layout/PCB Designer)
