Reward Specialist
My large corporate client is seeking a Reward Specialist to join their team to provide support on all people related issues. The key purpose of the function if to create the right environment which attracts and engages high performing individuals.
The key aspects of the Reward Specialist will work on the reward aspects of projects, understanding business needs and translating them into reward solutions. The Reward Specialist will also be involved in providing ad-hoc advice and guidance to managers and HR colleagues on reward related issues.
The key skills and experience needed of the Reward Specialist are as follows:
- Substantial and evident experience in a reward role with a good understanding of core issues.
- Experience of working on projects within a reward context
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship skills
- Trained and experienced in Hay job evaluation
- Experience in remuneration roles in both consultancy and business organisations
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office tools
