My client is a small dynamic commercial interiors company based in Kingston-Upon-Thames. They are looking for an Administrator/Sales Support person to come in and cover a maternity cover contract.

This lively office requires somebody who has at least 5 years experience of working in an office environment. The ideal candidate will be confident and self motivated with a proactive attitude to their work.

As the Administrator/Sales support, you will be answering and dealing with phone calls and enquiries on a daily basis, as well as screening calls so excellent communication skills are essential.

Some other daily tasks will include typing quotations, orders, invoices and delivery notes, filing all company paperwork, approving invoices, assisting in the organisation of various projects and collating weekly sales figures. There will be some office management included as well, however full training will be provided.

The successful applicant will have good IT skills, an excellent telephone manner, be able to work under pressure, be organised and have a high attention to detail as well as being able to prioritise their workload effectively.
