Manage preparation and posting of journal entries
Manage account reconciliations
Manager performance and development of supervisor and leads
Manage account analysis for month-end close reports
Manage preparation of quarter end reports
Manage preparation of audit schedules
Review leases
Requirements:
Experience required in Fixed Assets and Construction for large company
BA required
CPA and MBA preferred
EXPERIENCE REVIEWING LEASES TO ENSURE THEY MEET ASC 840 TEST
COMPLETE MONTHLY CLOSE
PERFORM ARO SURVEY
Strong analytical skills
Strong Excel skills - Intermediate or higher
Willingness to take on a new challenges with a positive attitude

Previous experience accounting for capital assets in a large organization
