Global Head of Training,(Global Training Director,Finance,L&D)
Global Head of Training,(Global Training Director,Finance,L&D) required to take a strategic approach to managing and delivering training programmes for major investment projects and core financial and systems training. This will involve working proactively with project and business leads to understand and develop an overview of emerging training needs to develop an integrated training offer which optimises costs and efficiencies by effective deployment of an internal pool of training managers and trainers, augmented where appropriate with external providers
The function provides training for major investment projects as well as core financial and systems training, ensuring that SAP, financial control and other business processes are understood and followed. This is critical to ensure corporate compliance and risk mitigation.
In addition training for investment programmes (with business targets highly dependent on successful upskilling and better process use in the areas of Digital, Customer Relationship Management inter alia), the function deals with the following Business as Usual (BAU) training:
- SAP processes
- Financial Control
- Anti-fraud and corruption
- Anti-money laundering and bribery training
- is aligned with the global operating model
- takes account of the new HR operating model and the corporate strategy for learning and development
- defines the scope and funding arrangements
- identifies a range of delivery options for training (building on existing systems and applications where possible).
