Field Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading Telecoms Company specialising in all areas of telecoms such as fixed, mobile, software development, engineering etc, are currently searching for a Field Marketing Manager to be responsible for driving all marketing initiatives in a designation geographical area including local marketing strategy, developing brand awareness, strategies to drive demand generation, events, channel marketing programs and public relations.

A key part of the role is insuring alignment with Enterprise sales strategies and central marketing programs. The Field Marketing Manager will actively participate as voice of the field into corporate and provide feedback for what marketing needs is key to success and ability to efficiently leverage available resources.

Duties

- Responsible to build local go to market plans (target segments for new business, installed base, partners, etc.) together with regional sales leaders.

- Build the Local Marketing Plan. Allocate and manage the Field Marketing Budget to the Business Priorities.

- Define and drive local awareness building.

- Drive and execute local demand creation & pipeline acceleration activities (Tradeshows, Road shows, events, etc).

- Provide regional support for global programs & localisation of content.

- Works proactively with selected partners on strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share.

- Drives co-marketing into the local planning; works with partners to ensure they are enabled and leveraged in marketing efforts.

- Represent the local region into the overall marketing planning, prioritisation process and program design.

- Performs business impact analysis on marketing contributions

Requirements

- Must have 7+ years of experience in an enterprise communications and/or in marketing positions. Ideally in combination with software and telecommunications/communications.

- Proven ability to interface with large multi-cultural teams locally and on a remote basis.

- Willingness to travel.
