WebSphere Specialist MQ FTE/Amsterdam, Netherlands
Endeavour Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a WebSphere Specialist to join our leading client based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The candidate will be expected to plan, install and configure the product, implement applications, set up distributed queuing, enable appropriate security, administer and operate a queue manager network, enforce organizational and operational standards, perform basic problem determination and implement clustering and publish/subscribe topologies.
Essential Skills/Expertise:
Working knowledge of WebSphere MQ, MQ clustering and File Transfer Systems
Working knowledge of supported OS (eg, Unix, Linux, z/OS, Windows)
Good understanding of messaging concepts as they relate to IBM WebSphere MQ
JMS concepts
Very good knowledge of networking (eg, TCP/IP, SSL, etc)
Min 5 years working with MQ (version 7.5 pre)
Min 2 years working with MQ FTE
Knowledge of Axway suite (XFB- GFT- Synchrony Gateway)
Experience with MQ support and maintenance on Wintel Platform.
Location: Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Rate: Up to Euros 53 per hour
