- Internationale Privatbank mit Sitz in Zürich
Aufgaben:
1) Securities
- Receipt and delivery of securities free of payment
- Settlement and transaction processing of all trades including subscription and redemptions of funds
- Booking of Private Equity transactions
- Corporate Action processing, including posting of dividends/coupons as well as stock splits, spin-offs, capital increases, final redemptions, GDR Conversions etc.
- Investigation and clarification of differences and queries with counterparties, custodians, correspondents, fund administrators and brokers.
- Control and checking of taxes and fees
2) General
- Efficient resolution of cash and custody breaks
- General administration tasks and liaising with counterparties and other departments within IBSAG
- Provision of support to auditors and audit process (E&Y, Internal Audits, Tax Audits)
- Efficient and accurate filing of all transactions
- Efficient handling, checking and filing of incoming post, confirmations, SWIFT messages and faxes applicable to Operations
- Assistance on various projects
3) Profil
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal communication skills a must
- A minimum of 2-5 years experience in a similar role
- Quality assurance, strong attention to detail and dedication
