Description
I am currently working with a client looking to bring on a Business Analyst with 10+ years experience working as a BA and 4+ years experience on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform.Responsibilities:
- Work with project stakeholders in the requirements gathering process to determine high level designs
- Deliver the results of elicitation in the form of organized notes
- Write user acceptance test plans and scripts and coordinate user acceptance test execution
- Work with IT Project managers to obtain consensus and signoff on requirements deliverables
Deliverables
- All documentation regarding system design
- Use cases and misues cases for handoff to QA team
Mandatory Skills/Experience
- At least 4 years experience as CRM Business Analyst on technical project teams
- Strong knowledge of the feature set and product capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM , including standard functionality, configuration and customization features, mobile and social media support
- Hands-on experience with requirements analysis & design of a Microsoft Dynamics based system involving workflow management, business rules, document management, reporting and web services
