GBS Support EngineerOur client in Whippany, NJ is looking for strong Support Engineers with experience in GBS to fill a full-time position. Salary is 85-110K. H1B visas can be transferred if there are at least 3.5 years still valid.
Responsibilities
- Level 2 & 3 Support of GBS system
- Client on-boarding
- Following ITIL processes to troubleshoot and enhance GBS system
Requirements
- Several years of support in financial industry
- Expertise in GBS systems
- Work experience in ITIL
- Strong scripting abilities
- Knowledge of FX and other asset classes
