A Security consultant role has arisen within an investment bank in London. This is a contract role that is destined to last 6 months but will carry on rolling. The contract rate will be between £PD.The succesfull candidate will be Providing the Business and their service partners with relevant information security information to enhance their awareness - ensuring that they can manage their risks within appetite, will also monitor to ensure that identified risks are mitigated within agreed timescales, manageand govern the application Security and controls including performing checks to ensure that implemented solutions, process and controls are followed or maintained, Assess if implemented solutions, process and controls are still covering /reducing the risks identified and producing effective progress reports to keep management appraised of status and any major risks and issues co-ordination and liaison with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of application security risk assessments undertaken by the BRCM, GLT or other regional service teams.
This role is for a professional information security consultant that is looking to grow within a business that can provide them with every they need to succeed within projects.
The experience needed for this role inlcude:
Investment Banking Application knowledge and experience
Experience of working in Investment Banking environment
Experience (minimal of 5 years) of working in / with Information security
Knowledge and experience of Database Security principles and techniques as related to Business Applications
Excellent knowledge and experience of Payment & Trading platforms
Third party vendor application experience and knowledge
Development Life Cycle and testing regimeDetailed Risk Assessment experience
Security training and awareness
