- Be responsible for developing a thorough understanding:
- Application Profiles
- Typical Equipment Design Strategies
- Identification, monitoring and reporting of Trouble Wells and High Profile Wells
- Sharing Lessons Learned across Business Units
- Evaluating New Product Opportunities
- Evaluating Technical Differentiation
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5 years ESP experience or Master's in engineering with 3 years ESP experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced Artificial Lift applications technical skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Fluent Arabic is beneficial but is not essential.
- Ability to build peer relationships as well as work independently.
- Intermediate problem solving and project management skills.
- Excellent organizing, planning, and presentation skills.
- Must be action oriented, ethical in values, and customer focused with a drive for results.
- Ability to manage time and make quality decisions.
