Senior .NET developer (C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, TDD)London (City) - 6 Month Contract - £ DOE - Publishing House
I am looking for a Senior .Net developer to work with one of the leading independent publishing houses in Europe. Regularly in the news/media due to their rapid growth and huge success within Europe, they have now set there sights on expanding the business.
Joining their strong development team of between 45-50 developers. They are considering mid-level / senior and Lead developers for this position.
Essential Skills:
5+ years' experience designing, developing and maintaining large-scale web applications with the following skills :
C#
Agile & TDD experience
Understanding of SOLID principles and their practical application
Experience with SOAP and REST web services including WCF, Web API
ORM Framework (LINQ, NHibernate or Entity Framework)
Strong communication, collaboration and business-facing skills are required.
Senior Developers would be expected to assist in coaching and mentoring of junior developers.

ASP.NET MVC (2.0 /3.0)
SQL Server
TDD / BDD / Agile experience
JavaScript /jQuery
NHibernate or Entity Framework (desired, not essential)
