Description
An opportunity has arisen within a global Consumer Health/OTC client, who has ambitious plans to take their business to the next step. This position is highly integral to them achieving these business objectives.Applicant MUST be from a Consumer Health or OTC background.
Key roles/responsibilities:
- Proactively partner in business strategic planning and provide innovative regulatory strategies/direction to the business
- Ensure that regulatory requirements of the region are understood and incorporated upfront from product concept development
- Ensure prompt, timely & right first time regulatory approvals to gain a competitive advantage in the region
- Partner with marketing and R&D to develop robust and innovative claims
- Work with local & global teams to ensure projects can be implemented in the region for greatest commercial impact
- Represent J&J in appropriate external trade associations and define relevant strategy in line with global policies
- A minimum of 8 years OTC regulatory experience
- Extensive knowledge of OTC regulatory practises and regulatory landscape
- International experience is a must
