Service Manager - Global Accounts - Technology provider - £50-60k & benefits

Several positions are now available within a leading technology company that focus on the pharmaceutical space on a global scale. You would be working across Europe, US and Asia with both on shore and off shore teams and you would be the face of the client.
These positions have come about due to a huge acquisition phase over the past 10 years, which is still on going, meaning the business is growing at a rapid rate. You would be working within a global team of about 30 people spread across multiple geographic locations.
This is a fast paced, changing environment and they will take on people from varying degrees of experience, whether you are currently leading a service desk and looking to take the next step, or someone currently in this role with 10-12 years of experience.

Responsibilities of the role:

Client facing
Account management of around 4-6 clients
Working closely with the service desk - good understanding of Service Desk & Infrastructure Technologies
Dealing with virtual teams
Solid understanding of data management/ BI (you can have knowledge in any specific area)

Experience within pharma/ bio/ sciences is a must have.

The successful candidate would be making sure the clients are getting a high return on their investment, can they see the value added, and is the business changing so need a consultative and responsive service manager in place.

There is a fantastic career progression available within this company, into team lead, specialist areas; either within client or geographic.
