A new opening has become available for a Commercial Pricing Manager with a global blue chip Managed Service Company specialising in Broadcast services. This exciting role offers great exposure to a global market, with the opportunity to work with one of the largest, innovative service providers.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Management, you will be responsible for supporting sales activities relating to commercial strategy, business cases and price management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, evaluating and owning business cases for all potential new customers, working closely with Sales, Solutions, Commercial and Finance.
  • Constructing and evaluating economic feasibility studies to drive customer outsource decisions and build the underlying business case for transformation deals. Perform financial due diligence, manage and consolidate same across Solutions, Operations and HR. Point of contact to collect necessary data with the customer finance team. Define and agree assumptions made to flow through into the customer offer and contract.
  • Identify and quantify risks associated with the Business Case, evaluate financial impact, and work together with Solutions and Commercial Management to mitigate these through appropriate operational, commercial and contract structures.
  • Develop pricing strategies and update central knowledge management system of customer price baselines and market intelligence.
  • Maintain and develop appropriate procedures and tools to ensure best practice is implemented within the business line.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Proven experience working in a large managed service provider is essential.
  • Strong understanding and background in the Broadcast/Media industry.
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics or Business. An MBA is highly desirable.
  • ACCA/CIMA certified or equivalent.
  • Expert in business modelling and financial skills, handling large investments.
  • Risk analysis and management.
  • Price and cost management.
  • Excellent customer engagement and sales support experience.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiar with a Matrix managed environment.
