Description

Provide operations support including, but not limited to, user account administration, troubleshooting, data and technical analysis, documentation and audit requirements, as well as incident and change management for the team. This position will be both challenging and rewarding. The successful candidate will easily be able to multitask, set priorities and become a key team member of the team.

SKILLS:

  • Experience working on a global team.
  • 3 years Identity Management experience including multiple HR systems and multiple provisioning systems.
  • 5 years of user access management experience in a complex environment that contains multiple Active Directories, eDirectories, and LDAPs.
  • Exceptional understanding and comprehension of the full life cycle of a user account in identity management.
  • Solid documentation and communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Skills should include logical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience in creating and executing test plans.
  • Understanding of SOX and/or ITIL processes is a plus.
