Description
Mechanical Design Engineer - Powertrain
Significant experience of designing powertrain components, including but not limited to; clutches, shafts, gears, splines, pumps, hydraulic circuits, and their associated housings is considered essential for this role.
Applicants must be familiar with the design methodologies and manufacturing techniques necessary to produce the above components in both prototype and series production volumes.
An understanding of DFM and DFA principles is advantageous, as is previous experience of conducting DFMEAs.
Experience with CATIA V5 Solid Modelling is required.
Previous experience of Matlab/Simulink will also be viewed favourably.
