Senior Network Security Engineer

Description

Build, design and support Network Based Security infrastructure to provide security on Mobile devices, laptops, smartphones and mobile handsets. Provide network security customer support in a shared environment supporting multiple customers.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED:

• Expert TCP/IP
• Intermediate Checkpoint NG (Next Generation) Firewall experience running on Nokia and Sun platforms (2-4+ years experience)
• Intermediate Cisco ASA Firewall (2-4+ years experience)
• Intermediate Security Technology/Experience
• Expert Customer Service
• Expert Cisco Router Configuration & troubleshooting (4+ years experience).
• Intermediate Unix (Solaris/Linux).
• Able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

DESIRED:

• Expert Blue Coat Proxy
• Intermediate VPN (Nortel/Cisco)
• Fortinet Firewall
• Juniper Netscreen Firewall
• Cisco IDS experience

PREFERRED SECURITY RELATED CERTIFICATIONS:

• CISSP
• All Cisco certifications
• Checkpoint CCSA and/or CCSE
• Nokia and SUN Microsystems

TOURS:

• Must be willing to work a determined shift in a in an operational support environment.
