Quality Engineer - 6 Month Contract to Hire - Med Device - Twin CitiesMy client, a leading Medical Device company is looking for an Quality Engineer. This is fantastic opportunity to join one of the most prestigious Medical Device companies in the world and work on cutting edge medical devices.
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering or related field
- 2 years or more experience in quality engineering (Medical Device Industry)
- Strong understanding of ISO 13485
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to act as team lead
- Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills
- Ability to be a facilitator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new process techniques that improve overall job efficiencies
- Implement systems and procedures that assure compliance with quality standards
- Perform investigations using root cause analysis to find solutions related to CAPA and NCR's
- Provide engineering team with data from analysis tools as needed
- Work cross functionally with quality assurance, manufacturing and engineering
- Function as the liaison between the customer and the facility regarding quality matters
