A high calibre MI Database Analyst is required by my client based within a prestigious bank in Bristol. This established investment bank that has a growing demand for a specialist MI Database Analyst who has previously worked within a data function interfacing with HR systems and processes.This is a fantastic opportunity for an MI database analyst to work with a very strong team that is growing in size this year, you will have the opportunity to conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate in to scenarios and define the data analysis steps. As the successful MI Database Analyst you will be proficient in information systems, data conversion problem identification and remediation, as well as be a subject matter expert across a wide range of MI development tools
With interviews taking place immediately this role requires someone who understands data analysis and is able to find patterns in data and reverse engineer data. You will also need strong experience in MI or reporting background.
This is a contract position with the rates up to £350pd
Essential skills:
- Strong Database Analysis skills within HR MI or Reporting
- Strong T-SQL, Excel, Access and some Oracle development experience.
- Previous experience in HR systems and being able to provide a strong presentation layer to any of the reporting
- Investment banking is not mandatory however it is highly desirable.
