I am looking for a Presentations Executive to join a top financial organisation based in the heart of London. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.Working as a member of the busy presentations team, the Presentations Executive is responsible for the completion of presentation packs and other marketing materials in support of sales pitches, marketing and client services.. Speed, accuracy and excellent time management are a must in a busy and vibrant environment.
Responsibilities-
Provide accurate and appropriate management information to Senior Management.
Comply with all corporate policies and procedures including Heath and Safety Policy.
Provide the Finance Department with monthly tracking and projection information.
Monitor, document and report business risks and internal controls of the function managed, alerting Senior Management immediately of any significant changes.
Experience required-
PowerPoint 2010, Excel 2010 and Word.
The role also encompasses other desk top publishing tasks and therefore the individual should be proficient with:
Adobe InDesign
Photoshop
Illustrator
Mac environment
They must be extremely numerate with a good working knowledge of Datastream.
The right candidate will have proven experience performing these actions at a high level ideal working from a finance background.
Contract role based in London
3 month initial contract with scope to extend
