Messaging (Exchange (2007/above) deployment/Support/Migration) Position, Dublin, Ireland (5 Positions)
Datamatics client is looking for Messaging consultant on long term contract in Dublin. Ideally, candidate should provide support/Migration for a complex messaging environment servicing a multi-entity organization for more than 20,000 mailboxes, and several hundred mobile devices. Working as a member of a support team and should have the migration experience.
The candidate should have experience with exchange 2013 environment, BES, Mobile Iron,
Enterprise Vault.
Candidate with Migration experience having experience on Quest, Bnator, Transvault etc will be preferred
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Provides support to end-users and troubleshoot all messaging issues. Candidate with migration experience preferred. (Lotus to exchange, Exchange to exchange).
- Experience on migration tools like quest, Binary tree, Bnator.
- Troubleshoot and isolate to component level and complete to resolution. Channel irresolvable issues to the next level (Desktop, Server, Calendaring, mail routing etc
- Assists with the monitoring of the mail system.
- Creates new users and rectifies existing users as needed.
- Provision mobile devices (Blackberry, WM, Smart-Phones, MDM etc).
- Mobile/ActiveSync User Administration
- Administration of Enterprise Vault server
- Support messaging related applications (Instant Messaging, Encryption, Spam Filtering, EFTP etc
- Participate in planning and testing of new system software and development of system roll-out/implementation strategies
- Exchange DR Server installation and exchange database interoperability with DR Server in case of disaster
- Large scale Enterprise Exchange deployment/Support
- Mail Routing and configuration
