Fund Management - Fund Operations Administrator

THE OPPORTUNITY
The business is currently looking for an experienced Fund Administrator to join the Operations team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
*Fund Dealing in all their UK, Ireland and Luxembourg Funds, as well as their External Funds
*Matching Contract Notes to previous days orders and maintenance of Fund Price data
*Direct Investor Dealing - inputting and checking trades to ensure reconciled valuations are available each quarter
*Updating and circulating the Fund Manager Information to ensure that the fund managers have been notified of daily inflows and outflows.
*Resolving IFA, external and internal client queries on Funds
There will also be a requirement to assist in the production internal management information and on-going project work.
YOUR PROFILE
You will be an experienced fund administrator having worked for either an Asset Manager or Third Party Administrator.
You will need to be flexible and committed team player with excellent communication skills, with the ability to multi-task.
Experience in all Windows 2000 programs will be a pre-requisite, as will the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
