To be considered for the role, you must have the following:
*Excellent communication skills.
*Logging support calls and identifying hardware/software problems.
*Experience of working with LanDesk. IP Networking, Windows, Microsoft Office, word, excel, outlook etc.
*Support in the analysis of problem areas, providing solutions to enhance quality of service and to prevent future problems.
*Escalate issues as required in line with the escalation process.
*August start
Ability to working in a fast paced and high pressured environment and deliver a great customer services is a MUST.
