My client, a leading UK Retail Bank, are currently recruiting for an accomplished PMO Manager with strengths in resource management to join a major programme in one of their London offices.

Purpose of the Programme

To support Programme and Project Managers in the planning of their resources and the hiring of contractors to maintain our delivery plans and ensure new starters have collateral required to perform their roles.

Core Skills

  • Experience of resource management on large and complex delivery programmes, preferably in financial services.
  • Managing self and others to tight and sometimes competing deadlines
  • Excellent facilitation, communication & stakeholder management skills coupled with the ability to provide effective feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Organisational design reporting and non-organisational design reporting
  • PMO administration

Desired Skills

  • HR/Resource management exposure/background
  • Well developed computer literacy specifically including: MS Office suite and MS Project
