Montash have been engaged by a Global Organisation to source and secure a Cyber Vulnerability Management Analyst to work in a complex and fast paced environment, reporting directly into the Head of Cyber Threat Intelligence.

Responsibilities

Conducting vulnerability discovery and security testing operations in order to drive remediation of vulnerabilities via proper measures and processes.

Performing and managing technical vulnerability discovery and analysis

Develop and implement security controls testing capabilities

Engage with stakeholders and SME's to facilitate vulnerability discovery and remediation

Maintain knowledge of latest cyber threats and industry best practices

Support implementation of changes to processes and systems

Support reviews of existing security systems and recommend improvements in such areas as communication, networks, physical, security, data access, computer hardware and software on all platforms

Skills and Requirements

University degree of equivalent experience

3-5 years in IT Security/IT Operations, or equivalent positions

Demonstrated experience in vulnerability discovery and reporting

Certification in Network +, CCNA or equivalent a plus

Good understanding of IT Security practices, methodologies, tools mechanisms and trends

Basic Unix/Linux OS skills desired

Ability to produce technical reports
