Description
Required Experience* Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Quality, Material Science or related discipline is required with a minimum 5 years experience in a quality role in chemical, rubber or plastics industry.
* Excellent individual and team facilitation skills required. Well-developed communication and influencing skills. Ability to facilitate and/or lead teams to successful implementation.
* Understanding of statistical process and quality control principals.
* Innovative, creative, self-motivated, change-focused, and improvement-driven leader.
* Working knowledge and experience with LEAN, Six Sigma or similar data driven methodology.
* At minimum, green belt certification.
* ASQ-CQE Certification
* ISO / AS 900 experience a must
