Description
This organization is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to influence, develop and carry-out the processes and strategies of the entire company. The QA Manger will report directly to the company President and will have daily interface to communicate any updates and improvements on quality processes, analysis, controls and systems. This position will also require the QA Manager to be extremely hands-on and work cross-functionally in order to train the rest of the facility on quality regulations. These regulations will also need to be explained and demonstrated to external inspectors.Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 years experience in Quality
- Background in Medical Device but would also consider Pharmaceuticals
- Required to have gone through ISO audit; but, did not have to lead the audit
- Relevant 4-year Degree (i.e. Science, Engineering, etc…)
- Hands-on individual with great communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Has led an ISO audit
- Strong computer skills
- Statistical competency
- Management experience
