IT Service Delivery Manger/ Incident Manager required for our end user client. Our client is looking for help and support in their current team, but also someone who can set a strategy for the future around ITIL processes. As an experienced Service delivery manager you'll be used to speaking to third party suppliers, talking to senior stakeholders, incident management and have an ITIL qualification.
