Description
A Medical Degree is required along with extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology. In general, candidates for this job would hold the following levels of education/experience:MD or equivalent + 3 years of clinical research experience - focus related to oncology or inflammation preferred
Strong English speaking ability is a critical requirement for this role
- Solid knowledge of clinical development processes
- Demonstrated ability to oversee a 3rd party
- Previous Study Management or Site Monitoring (CRA) experience an advantage
- Ability to lead, troubleshoot and influence for delivery
- Independent approach
Multi Cultural experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements; ability to gain command of process details
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional processes required
- Demonstrated platform skills; experience presenting to large groups and across countries/cultures
- Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate across functional and business unit lines
