A New York based, international leader of IT solutions and services is looking to bring in a Senior Dynamics CRM Developer to work a 6 month rolling contract with their ever-growing team of industry experts.
Responsibilities:
Lead the collaboration with business owners/stakeholders to understand the business needs and data sources for large, complex projects; create and translate business needs into clearly defined and documented detailed/functional and technical requirements
Spearhead the prioritization, solution assessment and validation of requirements with the business and project teams
Apply her/his Dynamics CRM skills to identify the best solution to deliver the business needs, and help estimate the overall implementation effort
Identify and document opportunities to leverage design and development components across various processes
Deliverables:
All documentation regarding system design
Requirements Documents
Integration Diagrams
Use cases and misuse cases for handoff to QA team
Must Have
At least 7 years of hands-on experience with requirements analysis & design of a Microsoft Dynamics-based system involving workflow management, business rules, document management, reporting & web services
In-depth knowledge of the feature set and product capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and/or preferred), including standard functionality, configuration and customization features, mobile and social media support
Understanding of hosting & deployment options for Dynamics-based implementations (server configuration, Azure, CRM Online, cloud-based, etc.)
Hands-on experience documenting functional requirements, process workflows, and use cases
Good knowledge of Visio and MS Office
At least 8 years of experience on technical project teams
Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques;
Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
Must be able to provide documentation on their work.
Desirable
A Masters degree in Computer Science, or Mathematics is desired;
Experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Web Service development
Strong knowledge of XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD);
Web service development experience; experience with WS-* second generation standards
