2.2 Approach
2.2.1 Work under this Contract shall be conducted under the direction and co-ordination of the head and the service manager of NCI Agency Core Enterprise Services Infrastructure Networking services section. The contractor will work under direct guidance of the Service Manager.
2.2.2 The Contractor's personnel shall work as part of the Section in close collaboration with other NCI Agency business units as customers of the service. The Contractor shall provide personnel who must be available for the duration of the contract, and be capable of working on this task for at least four days each week.
2.2.1 The Contractor shall provide an individual with the following skills:
Mandatory:
Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Operating system product line administration, with focus on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 as client operating systems
Deep knowledge of implementing and administer large Active Directory environments.
Experience of Windows Administration and relevant certifications; eg MCITP.
Experience in client provisioning and bare metal install using MDT and SCCM as toolsets
Experience in Application Provisioning technologies
Experience in VMWare Horizon View management
Optional:
Thin Client/zero client deployment technology
