Role Complexity
*Manage the development side of new propositions within the Excel and web based tools, whilst meeting appraisal duties as well
*Be able to respond quickly to the needs of sales people working in a dynamic environment
*Manage work load, prioritise stakeholder requirements and build relationships with key customers
*Be robust and challenging appropriately to ensure alignment of deal commercials with company strategy
*To be able to respond quickly and pragmatically to bespoke issues and queries, and able to balance the customer experience, operational implementation and the financial impact to solutions
*To be able to negotiate with & influence all (up to Director) levels within the organisation regarding the importance of supporting process & controls, & benefits that would result from implementing required improvements/recommendations
nice to have
*Part Qualified accountant or Finance related degree
*Strong commercial skills, understand the impact of deal commercials on the P&L
*Good understanding of Financial performance indicators (Profit, NPV, ROI etc)
*Very strong Excel skills
*Good negotiation and influencing skills
