Job Description:
Perform application and deployment readiness. Assist in preparing deployment strategy and deployment rollout planning. Coordinate End User Communication and Tracking. Perform desktop deployment (ZTI & LTI migration using SCCM/MDT) along with user data migration and application installations. Coordination with offshore team for effective delivery. Develop knowledge base for known issues. Deployment support (L2). Coordinate asset tracking for deployment. Coordinate post migration issues related to Win 7/Win 8 migration. Handover deployment support to BAU team. Reporting and technical documentation needs. Be ready to travel between various locations in Hungary based on deployment Plan.
